Who we are

Lumen is made and sold by LumenIPTV, Quebec, Canada. Contact: lumeniptv.support@gmail.com.

What Lumen is

Lumen is media player software for Windows. It plays streams from sources that you add yourself, such as an IPTV subscription, an M3U playlist or a Stalker portal. Lumen does not provide, sell, host or link to any channels, films, series or other content.

Your responsibilities

You may only use Lumen with services and content you are legally entitled to access. You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for complying with the law and with your provider’s terms. LumenIPTV does not endorse any provider.

Lumen Free and Lumen Premium

Lumen Free can be used at no cost. Lumen Premium is a one-time purchase (currently $14.95 CAD, taxes where applicable) that unlocks additional features for the licensed person. A Premium key is personal: you may use it on your own computers, one at a time, and may not share, resell or publish it. Keys that are shared publicly, refunded or charged back may be deactivated in later versions.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your key is shown immediately after payment. Keep it: you will need it again if you reinstall Lumen.

Licence and ownership

Lumen is licensed, not sold. Copyright © 2026 LumenIPTV, all rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute Lumen except as permitted by law. Open-source components included in Lumen remain under their own licences.

No warranty

Lumen is provided “as is”. Playback depends on your provider, your connection and your computer, which we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, LumenIPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to purchases made from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada.
