The app

Lumen has no account and no tracking or analytics. The sources you add, your logins (encrypted), favourites, history and settings are stored only on your computer. Lumen connects to the providers you add, and to a public download site once to fetch its playback engine if needed.

Purchases

When you buy Premium, Stripe processes your payment; we never see your card number. We receive and keep your name, email address, the amount and the date, and the key issued to you — to deliver your key, provide support and handle refunds. Your name appears inside your key and in Lumen (“Licensed to…”).

Service providers

Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting of this site and the key service). They process data on our behalf, including outside Quebec.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to what we must keep for tax records. Write to lumeniptv.support@gmail.com. The person responsible for personal information is the owner of LumenIPTV, reachable at the same address.
