Questions

Does Lumen come with channels?

No. Lumen is a player. You need your own IPTV subscription or playlist from a provider you choose, and you are responsible for making sure it is a lawful service.

What do I need?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC and the details your provider gave you (Xtream login, M3U link or Stalker portal).

How do I get Premium?

Click Get Premium, pay by card, and your key appears straight away with an “Activate in Lumen” button. Lumen Free works without paying and is a full trial of the player.

Can I use my key on another PC?

Yes: in Lumen, Settings › Premium › Remove, then activate the same key on the new PC.

Refunds?

Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to us and we refund in full.
